Kristen at Carole Kitchens was absolutely phenomenal from start to finish with our kitchen and bathroom renovation. From the first time we set foot in the showroom and understood our vision and was so clear on how the process would move along at each step. When I needed suggestions for what to look for she would send me a couple curated options to make all the overwhelming decisions more digestible. I especially appreciated her patience when our project hit many roadblocks and continually delayed when she could do a final measurement to actually order the cabinets. When I was able to give her the go-ahead, she was there the next day doing the measurements to avoid delaying us any more than we have already been delayed. Kristen also recommended a countertop fabricator who was fantastic and the referral meant that Kristen was able to handle that process as well, which took a load off of me! I cannot recommend working with Kristen enough!

The old setup of my kitchen was tight in a particular corner with limited options, but Maryellen was able to find a way to design and implement my dream kitchen. I LOOOOOVE my cupboards and kitchen counter. The cupboards and countertop were delivered in a tight timeline, too. I really couldn’t recommend working with Carole Kitchen and Bath more. Maryellen and the rest of the team made a stressful project enjoyable. If I ever renovate a kitchen or bathroom again, I will surely work with them again!

As a builder, I work with a lot of vendors and have high expectations and when it comes to detail and follow through Carole Kitchen and Bath Design Studio delivered on both. Patrick, Stacey and the entire team were thorough, professional, and a pleasure to work with from start to finish. It was my first time doing a remodel from scratch (Dura Supreme) and I met Sara on a casual walk-in at Carole's Kitchen to browse their floor models. Sara, was my designer, and I was lucky to meet her the day I walked in. She is a very experienced Kitchen designer, knows how to balance efficiency, budget and beauty while at the same time paying attention to the Customer's desires - a true testament of a competent Kitchen Designer. That Balancing act - combining practicality & beauty & efficiency is something that comes with experience - Kudos to Sara!
